1981 as an installation assistant. At the time, there were no trade schools or formal training and it is still sporadic across Canada to this day. In 1983 Frank was a monitoring center operator for a ULC listed central station.
By 1984 Frank had begun selling security products to the residential and small commercial markets.
In 1992, Frank was given the opportunity to work with a national distributer, who specialized in low voltage solutions for the security industry. This experience was beneficial as Frank was able to network with many top manufacturers, continuing his quest to learn more about security products and how to deploy them.
In 2000 Frank was the director of sales for ELMO Canada, a well-established CCTV manufacturer since 1921. It is during his tender there that he truly learned the differences between being a sales representative and a product specialist.
Authentically passionate about his trade he had seen a need for knowledgeable representation of security products for the critical infrastructure space, that’s when Frank founded Anacon Solutions in 2006.
